I just finished this novel (134 chapters + 11 extras in about five days, I was obsessed). I love it. I'm still thinking about it, so I have to rec it. (edited to add: Note that I read this in translation)

Short summary of the novel:

This is an e-sports story, with the romance happening between this streamer, Soft, who excels in flaming every single player in the League of Legends e-sports circuit (and every player he plays with) except for his idol, Road, with his idol, Road. Soft is an extremely talented player who basically spends all his time playing LoL, watching LoL and streaming for money. Due to circumstances, he joined Road's e-sports team as the new mid-laner (a position in LoL).

What I love about the novel:

It's very fluffy, very sweet. The ML totally dotes on the MC, and does it so obviously too. The MC is basically a hissy cat who will claw and scratch everyone except ML (and ML's family...). Their poor manager has his hands full trying to manage this team (him praying every night probably, "please, Soft, don't reply to trolls and don't flame back, please"). The conversations between the MC and his stream chatters/fans are hilarious (they have a relationship where they insult each other all the time, but the chatters/his fans clearly cares). 10/10 would recommend if you are in the mood for some laughs, fluff, sweet and soft (it's not all bright and happy, but those parts are in the past), with the unsure/miscommunication/misunderstandings parts of the relationship kept to a minimum. I love all the supporting characters too (though the opposing team at the end of the novel was rather one-dimensional). The game parts are also really exciting and fun. TBH, I was completely hooked from the first chapter.

While there are some translation choices that I disagree with (e.g., I am sorry, but you will be seeing "bluenette" a lot because Soft has dyed blue hair), the EN fan translation is decent and reads well. The translator has also included a lot of footnotes to explain game terminology and references, Chinese internet slang and memes, and other stuff.

Would probably not recommend this as strongly if you do not game AND do not know LoL at all. If you game but don't watch or play LoL, I think you'll be fine. Or if you don't mind just reading through the parts about the game without understanding.

Some caveats:

The KR-CN e-sports rivalry might get uncomfortable to read (some insults/comments are about the character's accent, for example). Also expect some of the usual beauty standards stuff in web-novels in the description of how people look. Hm, I think that's about it, if I have to warn for anything?

Edited to add: Main character is a little under 18 at the start of the novel, in case that's an issue for some!

The KR-CN e-sports thing is based on actual IRL rivalry/some past incidents. There is definitely some bad blood between the two countries in terms of LoL.
